Upon submitting an order using our automated system you will receive an email confirmation. Please check that the details contained in this email are correct. If there are any mistakes, please email us immediately. This email is neither an invoice nor a formal acceptance of your order.

While every effort will be made to meet shoppers demands, cancellations or variations may be necessary as a result of Acts of God, War, Strike, Lockout, Labour Dispute, Fire, Flood, Drought or other causes beyond our control. If the product is returned in the condition it was supplied with any tags or stickers intact then a full refund or exchange will be provided. No refund or no exchange will be given if the product IE mats or cables that has been rolled out or has a tag or sticker that has been removed. We will refund or exchange if the item is defective. The unwanted products must be returned by recorded delivery first class to our standard address. As long as the products have not reached their destination, they remain your entire responsibility. In case of a defective product, the cost of returning the product would be refunded.

Delivery Schedule

Next (working) day delivery is standard for all stock items provided orders are received and processed prior to 2.00pm.

Non stock or temporarily out of stock items will be back ordered for you. You will be notified by e-mail of expected delivery date and given the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns policy

We will gladly replace any goods returned to us which are found to be faulty you must however send a copy of the original invoice back with the faulty or returned goods , we do however make a restocking charges for returned goods that are incorrectly ordered or surplus to requirements. And all returns that are surplus to requirements need to be sent back to us in the same packaging as received and as new within 14days of purchase., any mats or cables that have been unrolled onto the floor will not be taken back as thay would be non resalable.  

Restocking charge covers cost of electrical safety testing, packing and administration required prior to resale of goods. Current charges range from £12.95 to £38.00 dependant
upon materials returned.

All Floorwarmers electric underfloor heating mats and cables are covered under our lifetime* guarantee scheme.
Our electric underfloor heating systems are amongst the very best available and are constructed using the highest quality materials and the latest state of the art machinery. All Floorwarmers underfloor heating mats and cables are individualy tested (we do not allow batch testing) prior to packing, all mats and cables carry a specific resistance reading and serial number for complete reassurance.
We have such confidence in the quality of our products that we now offer a genuine lifetime* warranty against failure of an underfloor heating mat or cable due to manufacturing defects.

Guarantee specifics & definitions:

Heating mats and cables (Floorwarmers) manufactured by Thermopads - Guarantee duration is lifetime* of floor covering. Covers manufacturing defects only - repair or replace. Guarantee form must be validated by installer with specific resistance of each individual heating mat or cable. Guarantee form to be retained by customer and produced in the event of a claim.

Thermolam foil heater (Floorwarmers) manufactured by Thermopads 15 years from date of purchase. Covers manufacturing defects only - repair or replace. Guarantee form must be validated by installer with specific resistance of each individual foil heater. Guarantee form to be retained by customer and produced in the event of a claim.

Aube Thermostats (manufactured by Honeywell) - 3 years from date of first purchase.

Heatmiser thermostats (manufactured by Heatmiser) - 2 years from date of first purchase. 

TR series thermostats (manufactured by Insbud Controls) - 1 year from date of first purchase.
Lifetime means liftime of your chosen floor coverings, if floor covering are lifted or replaced guarantee validity would cease. Only manufacturing defects  are covered, any damage to cables or mats caused before, during and post installation will not be covered.

Your Floorwarmers guarantee covers the cost of an engineer visit to asses, locate fault and repair heating cable only . In the rare event of this being impractical due to fault location or obstructions a replacment heating system would be supplied.
