CABLE HEATING KITS FOR TILED FLOORS
Floorwarmers supply top quality heating cables. All cables are the latest spec twin wire earth screened, and use the latest fluropolymer which makes them suitable for all rooms, including a wet bathroom atmosphere. Cable systems are best used in irregular shaped areas, where a highly cost effective and flexible heating solution is required. Cables can either be used as a primary heating source, with no other heating system needed, or as a secondary source, which creates a warm floor but is not used as a full heating solution. As a guideline, a cable of 150 watts/ m2 will provide a primary heating source when installed on to a insulated floor.
In order to achieve full heating for a conservatory, we recommend 165w / m2 with cables at 6cm spacings.
For full heating for most other areas: 150w / m2 at 6.5cm spacings.
For secondary heating and tile warming, only 130w / m2 at 7.5cm spacing is required.
ALL KITS COME WITH THE AUBE TH132-F THERMOSTAT AS STANDARD. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO UPGRADE, PICK THE KIT SIZE YOU REQUIRE, THEN CHOOSE THE THERMOSTAT YOU WOULD LIKE FROM THE AVAILABLE OPTIONS.
Floorwarmers recommend that you use Marmox insulation boards for the loose cables if you need insulation.
