A massive thank you to the team at UFH for correcting my ordering error by 
sending the correct heating mat the very next day. I'm not one for singing 
the praises of a company unless deserved yet I can 100% recommend your 
product, ease of installation, customer service and prices. My electrician 
friend was amazed at how little I had paid (I had previously been quoted 
between £100 - £150 per 0.5 sq m from the tile suppliers without a 
thermostat & probe) for what he described "as good if not better than the 
over priced big brands". This is a genuine testimonial, I normally give 
financial advice not under floor heating advice and I would urge any one

The Floorwarmers website was easy to navigate and to find what I wanted. A phone call to the help line allowed me to make my final decision to go for the heating cable rather than the matting cable. The order arrived promptly and the installation was easy to follow and was soon complete. We are now enjoying the delights of a warm tile flooring. I wish I had done the same for my other tiled floors in the house. It was also great to be able to use a locally based company.

5* service with price about half of the equivalent at B&Q - easier to work out what we needed to buy as well. Product works well though the heat does not spread very far so there are noticeable cold bits where our tiler failed to lay any mat.

After searching numerous places on the web for heated floor systems I came across Floor Warmers.
The site seemed to have everything I needed to know about the electrical type of floor heating system I was looking for to go into my new conservatory.
After my wife and I decided to go with tiles instead of laminate we needed a low cost quick to install answer to heating this new wonderful space.
I made a quick call to floor warmers to confirm which system was best for the amount of area that needed to be covered, chose the remote thermostat, upgraded the bottle of insulating goo and placed my order. It arrived quickly and in a worrying small box which was surprising as it did have everything I ordered in the right amount, it is a roll up matt after all.
I had an electrician fit it (due to tapping into the mains for the control unit) who commented how easy and quick it was not to have to measure all the loops out.
We now have a room which is a pleasure to walk into even on the coldest days in bare feet, the controls are a doddle to use once you read the instructions and with no bulky pipes to hide like in a water type system it is it fits into the decor neatly.

I thought the product was excellent value, considering the quality of materials (especially the timer/thermostat).
Instructions were good, but there was no mention of the flexible pipe for the sensor (after ringing, you said it was best to use pipe incase sensor failed).
It's working well above expectations.
