100w/m2 Under Tile Heating Mat Kits for timber flooring

100w/m2 heating mats provide a highly cost effective floor warming solution and are generally used above timber (plywood / moisture proof chipboard) floors.
Mat cables are 3mm  in diameter, twin wire and earth screened (single end connections) and use the latest fluoropolymer (teflon) insulation technology.

The heating cables are securely attached to the 500mm wide nylon mesh which is fitted with high tac adhesive tapes to enable accurate positioning and fixing of the mats prior to tiling.

THE KIT INCLUDES:- Heating mat, WITH THE NEW CLASS LEADING AUBE TH232-A/AF/F Programmable thermostat, floor probe, conduit housing, roller, full fitting instructions, and a lifetime warrenty certificate.

When you have measured the area you want to cover always reduce it by 1m2 when picking the mat size.
