200w/m2 mat kits are ideal in areas which are harder to heat, such as conservatories or situations where a faster heat up period is required. Our 200w heating mats are quick and easy to install, making them the ideal choice for your new electric underfloor heating system. The mat has the cables set at the factory pre set spacings , ensuring the heat is distributed evenly throughout the tiled floor. The matting can be easily cut to fit any room and navigate around fixed obstacles, such as center island- units etc. These mats are suitable to be used directly under tiled floors,  we always recommend checking with the floor manufacturer to for compatibility first. (You can not install these mats directly beneath wooden floors)
